2013 just started and Strange Music’s Rittz is already on the industry’s radar.

Already one of HipHopDX’s Most Important Rookies Of 2012, Rittz once again catches the spotlight as the popular website has deemed his upcoming Strange Music debut, The Life And Times Of Johnny Valiant, one of 2013’s Most Anticipated Albums:

Rittz’s first track as a Strange artist, the Tech-assisted “Bloody Murdah” shows why The Life And Times Of Johnny Valiant shouldn’t be slept on when it drops on (what we were told by Strange) April 16. With a mix of hyperspeed rhymes and song topics that run the gamut from humorous to poignant to dark, Rittz and Strange are a perfect fit for each other.

The write up also goes on to confirm guest appearances from Tech N9ne, Yelawolf, Krizz Kaliko, and promises a few surprises.

Signed to Strange Music this past summer, Rittz continues to impress with guest appearances and with a spot on Tech N9ne’s upcoming Independent Powerhouse Tour 2013, it won’t be long before everybody knows Johnny Valiant.
